Villa Veth through to long list House Of The Year 2011
The international jury of the WAN AWARDS selected Villa Veth from 98 submissions as one of 28 projects to go through to the long list for House Of The Year 2011. The short list will be announced on February 14.

The new movie King Nol Ruter will premiere at the Rotterdam Film Festival on Thursday, February 2nd. "The Thinking Dancer" is a dance-fiction film in which Villa Veth, the latest villa by 123DV, has been used as backdrop.

Outback House completed
Outback House has been completed this month. The modern villa is designed for a family that was in Australia during the design and construction. The unique and tangible memories of their stay in Australia are integrated into the house: wood from Australia as facade elements and red desert coloured plaster on the wall of the first floor. The entrance and garden will also have a referenced in color and earthiness to the desert sand by using gravel. This is expected to be completed in October 2011.

Cube House is sold! The house, designed for Cube Island Utrecht, is be adapted to the personal wishes of the client and will be completed in 2012.

There are still plots for sale on Cube IslanThis particular plot project is located in the district Terwijde, Utrecht. There are a total of 43 houses on the island. These are sold in different phases. Phase I is on sale since 2010. The sale of Phase II has started June 17. The allocation is based on order of registration.
