The company is founded in 1999 by Liong Lie.
The current team consists of 10 architects, planners and interior designers.

In addition to buildings and interiors, we also design custom made products such as furniture, sinks, doors, lighting  for an optimal experience.

We believe that due to changes in society existing concepts of living and working are to be reconsidered.
When necessary they should be revised to better reflect the diversity of lifestyles that provide for new developments.

We believe in "form follows identity", from personal to public and commercial projects.
In personal projects such as villas it results in tailor made buildings.
To stress the character of the public space we designed  "edible" sinks for a restaurant.

We embrace "crossover thinking". We think that it can lead to unexpected solutions and increase people's comfort of life.
